SONGIMONY™ TRUST CENTER
Your Story Deserves Care.
Every Songimony™ begins with something personal — a memory, photograph, voice, family history, companion story, tribute, testimony, or life experience. This Trust Center explains the principles that guide how Songimony™ receives, uses, and shares customer materials. It also explains the choices customers may have regarding private projects, featured stories, communications, and account information.
Songimony™ uses customer materials to create and deliver the products and services requested. Additional details about collection, use, service providers, retention, and customer choices are provided in our formal policies.

We explain what information is collected, how it is used, and what choices are available.
Permission
A private customer story is not automatically turned into a public featured story.

HOW WE USE WHAT YOU SHARE
To Create and Deliver Your Songimony™
01
Story Intake
We collect the information needed to understand the subject, story, emotion, relationships, and creative direction.
The information and materials customers provide help Songimony™ understand the story, develop the creative direction, produce the requested materials, and support the customer throughout the project.
02
Creative Production
Submitted information may be used to develop lyrics, musical direction, artwork, story companions, and related keepsake materials.
03
Customer Delivery
We use customer contact and order information to provide updates, deliver materials, and support the purchase.
04
Ongoing Support
We may retain appropriate project and account information to support revisions, downloads, customer service, and recordkeeping as described in our policies.
We do not promise permanent or lifetime storage. Customers should keep their own copies of completed Songimony™ materials.
Private Customer Project
Created and delivered for the customer and used to provide the purchased Songimony™ products, keepsakes, support, and approved services.
- Not automatically displayed publicly
- Not automatically used as a featured story
- Public permission may be discussed separately
- Customers may ask questions about project visibility.
Your Purchase Does Not Automatically Make Your Story Public.
A Songimony™ created for a customer begins as a customer project. Purchasing a Songimony™ does not automatically give Songimony™ permission to publicly share the song, photographs, story details, artwork, requester information, or other submitted materials.
Songimony™ may separately invite customers to allow selected projects or materials to be featured on the website, collection pages, social media, streaming platforms, promotional materials, or other public channels.
Customers may approve some materials for public use without approving every submitted detail.
For example, a customer may allow the song and artwork to be featured while keeping private photographs, full names, or sensitive family information confidential.
PRIVATE OR FEATURED
Featured Songimony™
A Songimony™ or related material that Songimony™ has received appropriate permission to share publicly.
- May include approved song audio or artwork
- May include approved story or subject details
- May include approved photographs
- May use limited or relationship-based attribution.
Children and Minors
Use added care when sharing photographs, names, recordings, school information, locations, or personal details involving children.
Private Correspondence
Letters, journals, messages, and recordings may belong to or involve other people. Share only what you are authorized to provide.
Medical and Personal Information
Avoid sharing unnecessary medical, financial, legal, identification, or highly sensitive personal details.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND FAMILY INFORMATION
Share Thoughtfully.
Songimony™ projects may include photographs, recordings, writings, family relationships, and personal details involving people other than the customer.
Customers should make reasonable efforts to ensure they have the right and appropriate permission to submit materials belonging to other people.
When in doubt, share less at first. Songimony™ can ask for additional details if they are needed to create the project.
Songimony™ may decline to use material that appears unnecessarily sensitive, unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate for the requested project.
Sensitive Family History
Consider whether grief, conflict, adoption, medical experiences, faith changes, estrangement, or other deeply personal matters should be included.
Photographs and Recordings
Make reasonable efforts to confirm that you may use and submit the photographs, audio, video, and scanned materials you provide.
Confidential Materials
Do not submit information that is subject to confidentiality duties, workplace restrictions, legal privilege, or another person’s privacy expectations.

Studio Production Tools support the process. The customer’s story, memories, relationships, and intended meaning remain the foundation of the work.
- Not every Studio Production Tool is used on every project.
- The specific tools and level of human involvement may vary by product, collection, creative direction, and production stage.
- Some Studio Production Tools are provided by outside service providers.
- Additional information about personal-data use and service providers appears in the Songimony™ Privacy Policy.
- Songimony™ does not claim that every element is created entirely by a person or entirely by artificial intelligence.
Estimated timelines may vary based on story completeness, customer response time, project complexity, creative requirements, and production capacity.
PURCHASES AND FULFILLMENT
Custom Work Begins After You Share Your Story.
Songimony™ products may include custom-created songs, lyrics, artwork, written materials, digital keepsakes, and other personalized deliverables.
Because each project is created from customer-submitted information and may involve time, creative work, Studio Production Tools, and outside service providers, available changes, cancellations, revisions, and refunds may depend on the stage of the project.
Stage 1
Before Story Intake
Before a customer begins the story intake process, some changes or cancellation requests may be easier to accommodate.
Stage 2
After Story Intake Begins
Once information has been submitted and project preparation has begun, available changes may depend on the work already completed.
Stage 3
During Creative Production
After writing, music, artwork, or production work begins, cancellation and refund options may be limited because custom work has already been performed.
Stage 4
After Delivery
Corrections, revisions, technical support, and refund eligibility after delivery are governed by the applicable product terms and Refund Policy.
The number, scope, timing, and availability of revisions may vary by product and project. Songimony™ does not promise unlimited revisions unless specifically included in the purchased offer.
Revisions
Corrections
Customers should contact Songimony™ promptly if a delivered item contains a spelling error, incorrect name, missing file, or technical issue.
Delivery
We want customers to understand the process before custom production begins.
The formal Refund Policy and applicable product terms control cancellation, revision, refund, and delivery questions.
