SONGIMONY™ POLICIES

SMS Terms

These SMS Terms explain how Songimony™ uses text messaging to communicate with customers, project participants, members, subscribers, and people who have expressly chosen to receive text messages from us.

Effective date: July 11, 2026

1. About the Songimony™ SMS Program

The Songimony™ SMS Program allows us to send you updates regarding your personal music projects, digital keepsake deliveries, special community updates, and project milestones. These messages are designed to keep you connected to the storytelling process and your family's musical legacy.

2. How You Enroll

You can enroll in the program by providing your mobile number through our online forms, during project sign-up, or by texting a specific keyword to our designated short code. By enrolling, you provide your express written consent to receive automated messages from Songimony™ at the number provided.

3. Message Frequency

The number of messages you receive will vary based on your level of engagement with your projects and the specific subscriptions you have chosen. Messages may be triggered by account activity, project progress, or general community announcements.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Standard charges from your mobile carrier for text messaging and data usage will be your responsibility. Please contact your wireless provider for more information on your text and data plan.

5. How to Stop Messages

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you are receiving messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.

6. How to Get Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or have questions, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can contact us directly at hello@songimony.com for personalized support regarding your legacy projects.

7. Consent and Your Mobile Number

By signing up for Songimony™ SMS, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided. In the event that you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us immediately so that we can update our records and stop sending messages to the previous number.

8. Automated and AI-Assisted Communications

Songimony™ may utilize automated systems and technologies, including AI tools, to coordinate message delivery, provide automated story guidance, and respond to common inquiries. These systems assist our human creators in ensuring a smooth and responsive storytelling experience for all participants.

9. Information Shared by Text

We prioritize the privacy of your legacy data. Any information shared via text message is handled in accordance with our strict data protection standards. Please avoid sending highly sensitive or financial information by SMS. When another method is more appropriate, Songimony™ may direct you to an approved project-upload or support channel.

10. Sharing Mobile Information

Songimony™ does not sell, rent, or lease your mobile information to third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information shared during enrollment is used solely for the administration of the Songimony™ SMS program and to facilitate your storytelling projects.

11. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Our messaging service is available through most major wireless carriers. Neither Songimony™ nor the carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile device.

12. Age and Authority

By enrolling in the Songimony™ SMS program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or guardian if younger) and have the legal authority to agree to these SMS Terms and to provide consent for the mobile number you use.

13. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our SMS messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these SMS Terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Your continued enrollment in the program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
