Roles We Expect to Need
Story Interviewer and Customer Guide
Guides customers through the Songimony™ story process, asks thoughtful follow-up questions, organizes submitted memories and materials, and helps customers feel heard and supported.
Helpful experience: Customer service, interviewing, oral history, coaching, journalism, social work, family history, or guided intake.
Story Composer and Lyric Writer
Transforms customer stories, memories, themes, and emotional details into compelling song concepts and lyrics while preserving the subject’s voice and meaning.
Helpful experience: Songwriting, poetry, narrative writing, editing, musical storytelling, or creative nonfiction.
Music Producer and Vocal Producer
Develops original musical arrangements, recordings, vocals, mixes, and final masters that match the emotion, story, and collection direction of each project.
Helpful experience: Music production, vocal direction, arranging, mixing, mastering, or studio workflow.
Researcher and Family-History Specialist
Supports historical, pioneer, heritage, faith, military, community, and family projects through careful research, source review, citation organization, and fact checking.
Helpful experience: Genealogy, archival research, history, libraries, museums, academic research, or documentary work.
Editor and Quality Reviewer
Reviews project briefs, lyrics, stories, names, dates, pronunciations, credits, artwork, and final deliverables for accuracy, consistency, tone, and customer readiness.
Helpful experience: Editing, proofreading, publishing, quality assurance, legal-document review, or production coordination.
Visual Designer and Album Art Specialist
Creates album art, lyric sheets, certificates, story books, wallpapers, digital keepsakes, collection assets, and customer-facing visual materials.
Helpful experience: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, brand design, print design, digital products, photography, or illustration.
Customer Experience and Project Coordinator
Tracks orders and projects, communicates next steps, coordinates materials, supports revisions, manages delivery, and helps keep each customer experience organized.
Helpful experience: Project coordination, account management, customer success, fulfillment, CRM systems, or operations.
Technology and Automation Specialist
Builds and maintains workflows involving Wix, Twilio, forms, customer accounts, databases, messaging, integrations, AI-assisted tools, file organization, and production systems.
Helpful experience: Automation, APIs, no-code tools, CRM platforms, web systems, Twilio, Wix, Zapier, Make, or software development.
Social Media and Content Coordinator
Turns Songimony™ stories, collection themes, educational content, featured songs, and founder material into thoughtful social-media campaigns and publishing schedules.
Helpful experience: Metricool, Canva, short-form video, social copywriting, content planning, analytics, or community management.
Partnerships and Community Outreach Coordinator
Develops relationships with family-history groups, schools, faith communities, nonprofits, veteran organizations, pet communities, authors, and other aligned organizations.
Helpful experience: Partnerships, business development, community outreach, nonprofit relations, affiliate programs, or event coordination.
Sales and Studios™ Project Consultant
Helps qualified authors, organizations, schools, ministries, brands, and families define larger custom projects and determine whether Songimony Studios™ is the right fit.
Helpful experience: Consultative sales, creative services, media projects, account management, proposals, or enterprise relationships.
Administrative and Operations Assistant
Supports scheduling, records, documentation, invoices, file organization, customer communication, task tracking, and day-to-day business coordination.
Helpful experience: Executive assistance, administration, bookkeeping support, Google Workspace, CRM systems, or small-business operations.
